I'm Bethany and I exercise through the Hormone Club because it's easy, close by, right in my living and I don't need to keep track on the participation. I need some push... the group classes do that. Still it's cheap, and I always get a lower back friendly version when it's too much for my back. If I make it more than twice a month I save loads of money.
