2 meter long

Uncategorized May 01, 2023

Before you’d sit back doing everything the way you've ever done and think that it’s all about your genes, all you can do is to accept your “faith”, consider this:  If all DNAs in ONE single cell of your finger tip, the heart or brain, one single cell anywhere in your body, all DNAs are getting connected, you would receive a 2 meter long rope of DNA. Just from one cell!

When these DNAs are packed in the cell nucleus, they are folded to a tiny, ini-mini string. They can't do too much like this. For them to get unpacked, copied, methylated or packed in again for instance they need certain proteins present in the body. 1/4 of all your proteins are busy with managing your DNAs. These proteins define which DNA and when will be unpacked, copied, methylated, or when and which DNA, with other words which gene of yours will be activated, switched on or off.

The bottom line is that YOU, what you do or not...

Lowers blood pressure 01

blood pressure Apr 27, 2023
Most people think stretching is just about the muscles. "But when you stretch your muscles, you're also stretching all the blood vessels that feed into the muscle, including all the arteries," says Dr Phil Chilibeck, Ph.D, explaining that stretching reduces stiffness in arteries, thereby reducing resistance to blood flow and lowering blood pressure. Dr Chilibeck is the coauthor of a recent study published in the Journal Of Physical Activity and Health in December 2020. The result of the study showes that stretching is more successful in lowering blood pressure in real numbers than brisk walking.
Chilibeck and colleagues randomly assigned 40 older men and women (mean age 61) to two groups for the eight-week study period. One did a whole-body stretching routine for 30 minutes a day, five days a week, and the other group walked briskly for the same amount of time and frequency. All participants had elevated blood pressure, or Stage 1 hypertension, at the start of the study.  ...

Hormones by your buttocks

Being skinny is not all. Benefits of growing volume when volume comes from muscle instead of fat, out-weight the benefits of being skinny.

It has a very simple reason, skeletal muscle secrets potent hormones and molecules. And because the biggest muscle is on your butt, that's what you need to grow.

One of these potent hormones is IGF-1, which regulates insulin metabolism, helping to balance blood sugars, and stimulates protein synthesis. This helps you further to build more muscle.

Another amazing substance secreted by muscle is BDNF (a.k.a. brain-derived neurotrophic factor). It has a brain protecting effect and helps the regeneration of the brain.

Muscle also increases production of testosterone and HGH. Both are directly linked to cognitive functions and youth. It is also a major target of thyroid hormone signalling. Building muscle mass is a secret weapon for those with hypothyroidism.

Muscle eats fat. During any type of exercise it does so while you’re exercising....

4-7-8 breathing guide

This breathing helped me many times.

You can perform it in any positions, in a shop or on a meeting.

Keep in mind that you will have a very short time to breath in, so be quick with the inhalation. You'll have to keep pressing the tongue up on the palate in the meantime.

Breath in to 4, hold the breath to 7 and exhale to 8.

After couple of cycles go back to normal breath.
