This 1hr long booster session is guiding you to boost your reproductive system for better work by inducing blood flow in and around the abdominal reproductive organs and glands in case you spend the day sitting due to office work. Further it's stimulating lymphatic flow. Your lymph is playing a pivotal role in healthy hormone levels.
