When you can't attend free, you need to pay the session to your trainer:

1 day prior the event you will receive the zoom link and a pdf with the draw out of the exercises that will help your home practices. After this happened you can not get refund but you may attend in an other occasion. If you cancel your ticket before you receive this information you get a full refund. 

If you are a Hormone Club member or an Endo-Gym trainer trainee, you can attend this session free. 

During the session you can always formulate your questions out loud verbally, but when you want to stay anonymous, you should send them in the chat box choosing the option "privately only to the trainer". She's going to answer your question without mentioning your name.

Once the session starts, you are in zoom, in the virtual meeting room, klick on the camera icon (most likely it's in the left bottom corner), choose virtual background and select your preferred background. This way you can keep your environment behind the scenes while you can be seen throughout the session.

Printing the pdf with the exercises may help.

Please be there on time for the start, 3-5 minutes earlier without shoes, just in socks wearing comfortable cloths that show your hips and waist line. To correct your movements the trainer has to see how your hips are moving. 

Tight pants that suppress blood flow in the pelvic hub are not recommended.
