Ingredients:

 1/4 red cabbage, a bit smaller piece of celery ball, 1 onion,  2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup of chickpeas flower, 2 eggs,  filtered water (or 1/2 cup butter milk), salt, oil or fat for shallow frying.

Directions: after cleaning, pealing the vegetables slice them thin and mix them well with a coffee spoon of salt. In another ball make a smooth mixture of the eggs and the butter milk/water and gradually add the chickpeas flower, so you wont have nobs in the thick cream. Season it with a little salt as well. Heat up the oil/fat in a frying pan. mix the sliced vegetables into the thick cream, and when the oil is hot enough start the shallow frying on low fire. You may place a lid on the pan because the cabbage needs a bit longer time than meat or potato.
