Colourful Kimchi

Ingredients: cabbage savoy (or kale), daikon, ginger, a smaller piece of celery ball, carrots, cauliflower, garlic, paprika powder, Salt; 

 
 

Directions: Slice the carrot, cauliflower and daikon thin, grate the celery ball to similarly thin slices, the ginger grate or mash in a mortar and tear the cabbage savoy to smaller bits. Layer them all in a dish. Add salt for taste, the garlic cloves just press in different spots into the mixture, and wait until it releases some juice. Then transfer it all into glass jars, and ripen the mixture on room temperature for 7 days. When it's ready, you can store it in cool place.
