"Joining the Hormone Club has changed my life. For the first time, I’m finding it easy to practice balanced, healthy habits on a daily basis and I can easily exercise when I have 10 minutes, 30, or an hour."

Green Mask
1 organic egg yolk, 5 drops of vitamin E oil (available in Belium in Bioplanate, Seqoila, Farm e.t.c.), 10 drops of Neem oil -optional, 1 coffee spoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 coffee spoon Chlorella or Spirulina powder. If you used Neem, which is smelly, to ease the smell add 2 drops of lemon essential oil; Mix all ingredients together and apply. Leave it on for 20 minutes.

Yellow Mask
Don’t apply more than twice a week to avoid the skin turn yellowish, but it’s to provide with best results if you apply it twice a week.

Chocolate Mask
Mix well 2 tbs kefir or yoghurt (with pasteurisation more often than not all bacteria is eliminated in diary products, so the best is to use your own culture. Or In Belgium I found quality of brand Demeter possible to grow further, meaning it has living bacterial cell culture in); 1 tee spoon organic cocoa powder, 1 tea spoon of raw honey.

White Mask
Mix well 3 tbs yogurt or kefir (similarly to the chocolate mask, use one with living bacterial culture either your own, or in Belgium you may find Demeter Kefir in Farm e.g.); 1/2 tbs freshly pressed lemon jiuce; 3 drops of vitamin E (available in Belgium in most of bio shops);
This you can apply daily.
