Quick help breath, anywhere
This breathing helped me many times. When you find yourself craving for something you know, you don't need; if you start to hyperventilate in response to stress; if your breath is impaired due to panic; this quick breathing technique can help you, too, in regaining control. In any positions you can perform it. Most efficient is if you keep pressing the tongue up on the palate in the meantime.
Listen to the podcast and follow the instructions. After couple of cycles just go back to normal breathing.
