Do I Need to Increase my Progesterone?

If you have more than one of these symptoms, this could point to progesterone deficiency that you would want to turn around:

  • Brown spotting before or after your period
  • A short luteal phase, shorter than 12-15 days, and you may have progesterone deficiency. This could feel like having too frequent periods
