You may make things worse

 

If you are doing the Kegel squeezes down there, you may just make things worse. Here is what nobody tells you: your pelvic floor. in the very bottom of your trunk, is collecting your trauma, your tension and stress. 

Doing so, it's cutting off circulation to your most intimate tissues that can lead to dryness, atrophy and pain.

Besides, you need to stop doing the following 5 things immediately!

stop #1. Traditional crunches - because massive downward pressure pushes your organs down. What to do instead? I'll show you how you can work safe on the abs.

stop #2. Jumping exercises - because high impact jumping slams your pelvic floor with sudden intense pressure. Instead you can do step ups or squat pulses. 

stop #3. Deadlifts with breath holding - because holding your breath while lifting creates a pressure bomb in your abdomen, pushing down on your pelvic floor, worsening prolapse. Instead, exhale while lifting and only lighter weights, 

stop #4. Running on hard surfaces - because every foot strike sends 2-3 times your body weight crashing through your pelvic floor and your fascia down there breaks down as a result. Instead join our online sessions where we practice low impact exercises. Your pelvic floor will thank you.

stop #5. Sit ups with anchored feet - because shifts work to hip flexors and creates dangerous downward pelvic pressure. I'll show you how you can strengthen the abs instead.
