Thin Soup
This soup is a side product of the wild sauce. When you prepare the sauce, at one point you drain the veggies. The rich delicious liquid that you drain off you can best well use as a thin soup to start the second grandiose dinner with. If you'd like to receive more liquid than what you have, take about a cup or a half of cooked veggies from your sauce base and put it to a soup pan. Mush it with the hand mixer, add as much water as you wish, salt, little pepper and bring it to boil. Then take it off the heat, it's ready to serve,
