all from 400 gram dried chickpeas.
Soak it for a night and cook it in double amount of water for about 40-45 minutes, until it's soft.
Ayurvedic Cauliflower Day 1.
For 4 servings on the first day you need: 4 clove garlic, 2 bigger onions (not huge) chopped fine,4 tbs olive oil, 2 tbs romain cumin, 1 cauliflower chopped into flower bulbs, half of the cooked chickpeas, 0.75 l cocos milk or 1l if you don't use cream, otherwise 1dl cream, 1 tee spoon turmeric powder, 2-3 coffee spoon Himalayan salt;
Directions: You cooked the overnight soaked chickpeas; Peel now the garlic, mesh and leave it on air until you use it. Heat up the oil, add the cumin seed, when it starts popping but before it would burn! add the onion. After 7 minutes, add the cauliflower and about 1 dl hot, filtered water. Cook it under lid for about 10 minutes and add the cocos milk. Cook it further. When the cauliflower is cooked (another 10 minutes perhaps), you add the chickpeas, mix it well, the cream, and the left over spices. For another 3 minutes you cook it and it's ready.

Ingredients for 1 small ball
(for 4 people it's enough to season your cauliflower dish to a surprise)
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time 10 minutes.
100 gram green leafy vegetable, I used mustard green, but spinach would do
1 bigger onion finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbs black mustard seed
2 dl cream or cocos milk

Directions:
Peel, mesh the garlic and leave it on air till the end (to maximise it's antibiotic and anti carcinogenic affect). Chop the onion, heat up the oil, add the mustard seed, when it starts to pop, add the onion, after 3 minutes mix the chopped green leaves with 0,5 dl water and cook it as long as your choice of greens are cooked. Mustard green needs more time than spinach for instance. Spinach is a no timer actually, 3 minutes, and it's done. Mustard green needs about 7 minutes. at the end add the rest of the ingredients, and you may mix it into the your Cauliflower from day1.
