Stewed cinnamon apple (recipe is given in the meal plan) on plum bed

Golden Milk
Ingredients for 12 small cups: 8 tbs melted coconut fat, a small piece of ginger (about 2cm*1cm) peeled, chopped fine and mashed; 20 cardamom seeds ground; 6 star anises; 3-4 tbs. coconut blossom sugar; 3 tbs cinnamon powder; 5 tbs turmeric powder;
Melt the cocos fat on low heat, add the ginger, then the cardamom and anise. Turn off the heat to keep the healing properties of the rest of the ingredients when adding them, too.
Warm up the milk you want to drink, shall it be cocos milk, oat or cow milk. Add the golden milk base to your taste and mix it well. (I like to milk foam on the top.)
