I'm Carina
After delivery I couldn't loose my baby belly, and due to the C section, adhesions built up inside that felt really uncomfortable. All diets made me feel deprived, frustrated, and my period was a rare guest even 2 years after my daughter was born.
Now whenever I follow a class in the Club, I'm not hungry afterwards. It's incredible, because all other fitness classes would make me hungry. My adhesions softened up, I can't feel them anymore. And the very best is, that I know exactly when I will have my period. Not because of pain or such, it's just simply regular.
