Use a celery ball instead of potato and prepare it like meshed potato with a bit of butter and cream. Minced meat is made as a sauce for a pasta, and you can roast onion slices on butter to season your plate even further. The mixed fresh green salad I tossed with good quality olive oil. Without clear carb on the plate if you eat it before 7-8pm, your weight loss is guarantied.

Red Lentil Cream

 

For about 4 portions if you eat it as a meal:

500 gram dried red lentil 1,5 cup olive oil, 1 leek or 1 red onion, 1 tbs turmeric powder, 1 tbs red paprika powder, 2 tbs coriander powder and if you can get 1 tbs mango powder. If you can't find it, not even in the nearest Indian shop, freshly pressed juice of half a lemon. 

Directions:

Soak the red lentil for min 4 hrs in a generous amoutn of water. It will rehydrate and double its size. Then wash it off and cook it in double amount of water. It takes about 20-30 minutes. After removing all the water, place it in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mesh it with a hand mixer.

You can use it as a dip for vegetables or to apply it on bread, or just as a main dish for dinner if you want to lose weight.
